Field Days on the farm are project-specific events offered to others growers and the general public to report on experiments, such as growing historical wheat in collaboration with WSU (2009), small-scale grain production to meet on-farm needs and for market (2001-2), substituting Biodynamic sprays for lime in modifying soil pH (2003-4), or infrastructure innovations and developments such as building a strawbalehouse for interns (2000), constructing a solar-driven water catchment and irrigation system (2004-5), or upgrading our processing kitchen into a state certified micro-dairy.
